Use it 1-2 times a week, during the shower.

Goat milk: Goat milk contains valuable vitamins such as vitamin A, B1, B6, B12, E, as well as minerals such as selenium, a natural antioxidant known for its anti-aging properties. It also contains lactic acid, which helps to exfoliate, cleanse and soften the skin.
