Loofah comes from the loofah plant, this ancient cultivated plant has been used by humans for centuries, but nowadays it seems to be becoming more and more popular in Western countries. In India and Asia, loofah is eaten like a vegetable, but in the Middle East and Western Europe, its interior, the so-called endocarp, is used as a natural sponge. Usage
Soak your Loofah Pads briefly in water before you use them so that the fibers become soft and elastic. Always rinse the loofah pads thoroughly after use and let them dry.
Clean your Pads regularly with vinegar and water: soak them in vinegar water (1:1) for a few minutes and rinse well. Pads can also be sterilized by boiling at 120°C.
You will be able to use your Loofah Pad from 3 to 6 months. Then you can simply throw it in the recycling bin.
